Delivery & Shipping

How long will my delivery take

All standard orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once an order is confirmed. 

If you intend to place a large order, please contact us at hello@mudolabs.com to check on the processing time before placing your order.

All orders will be dispatched from Mondays to Fridays only, excluding public holidays.

A shipment notification email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

What are the types of delivery available?

Only standard delivery is available.

Can I deliver my purchases to a PO box?

For security reasons, delivery to a PO Box is not permitted.

How much is shipping?

All standard shipping will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$5.00 per order.

Free shipping is provided for local orders above SGD$120.00.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from Singapore.

Do you offer international shipping? If yes, how much?

At the moment, we do not provide international shipping. We are working towards introducing international shipping soon. Please join our mailing list to receive our latest updates.

Can I change the date of delivery?

Once an order has been placed, the delivery date cannot be changed.

Can I change my address after the order has been placed?

My delivery is missing or damaged.

Should you face any issues with your package and/or received a damaged item, kindly contact us at hello@mudolabs.com

Orders

How do I check or track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have been shipped, an email that includes your estimated delivery date and tracking number will be sent to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please check your order carefully before making a payment. Once an order has been placed, cancellations and changes cannot be accommodated.

Where do I view or print invoices?

You can view and print invoices via the confirmation email sent to you.

There is a missing item from my order.

Should you have any missing items in your order, kindly contact us at hello@mudolabs.com

I received an incorrect item.

Please initiate a return request by contacting us at hello@mudolabs.com.

Returns & Refunds

Terms & Conditions

Every product is carefully inspected before we pack and send them out.

All orders placed are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please check all details carefully before placing your order. In the event of duplicated orders, we will cancel the duplicated order and the amount charged for the duplicate order will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed, subjected to your credit card’s billing cycle.

We do not accept any exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, or if the item(s) does not suit your needs.

Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specified, this warranty only covers the defects in material, design and workmanship of the hardware components of the product as originally supplied.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mudo Labs shall have no obligations under warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of environmental or stress testing, misuse, use other than as set forth in the user manual, neglect, improper installation or accident, or as a result of improper repair, alteration, modification, storage, transportation or improper handling.

This warranty is only valid upon registration of the product by the original end-user purchaser by registration of the product via www.mudolabs.com/pages/warranty

The warranty period for all products is 3 months from the date of purchase. We will offer an exchange within 3 months from the date of delivery/collection for all items purchased with us on these conditions:

  1. Incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our end
  2. Manufacturing defects

Can I pay by installment?

We are unable to accept payment by installment for all purchases.

Can I change my payment method after purchase?

The payment method for an order cannot be amended once the order has been submitted to Mudo Labs.

When will my credit card be charged?

When you place your order, Mudo Labs requests authorisation to charge the order amount from your credit card company. If you ordered more than one item, there may be multiple authorisations. 

Once we receive approval, Mudo Labs reserves the amount on your card until the items are available to ship. Your card will be charged when your order ships. 

If you ordered more than one item, there may be more multiple charges as items ship separately as they become available.

Is my payment secure?

Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your information during checkout. They also use Fraud Defender, which helps prevent fraudulent transactions.

Taxes and Duties

Prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged separately. Such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.

Account Information

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

It is not necessary to create an account with us to make a purchase, you can proceed with guest checkout.

However, having an account with us will keep you updated with our latest news and enable you to view your purchase history.

I can’t login to my account.

If you have trouble logging in to your account. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to www.mudolabs.com
  2. Click on My Profile on the top right
  3. Click on “Forgot Password”

How do I reset my password?

  1. Click on  My Profile on the top right
  2. Click on “Forgot password”
  3. Enter your email address in the given box
  4. Click “Recover”
  5. A password recovery email will be sent to your designated email to change your password

How do I unsubscribe from Mudo Labs newsletter?

Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.

Product ingredients

Are there any synthetic ingredients added?

Our ingredients are sourced from responsible producers, our pure essential oils are all-natural.

  • No artificial fragrances and colouring
  • No alcohol
  • No parabens
  • No menthol or camphor
  • Non-synthetic
